What makes you different?
Here a a few of many reasons we’re different:
You get a simplified experience - We are a collective of senior designers with various specialties (UX, Illustrations, Branding, etc). With a fixed monthly fee and predictable weekly output you get a long-term team of designers, for the price of one in-house designer. You can cancel, pause or upgrade/downgrade at any time.
You get specialised and fast results - We are solely focused on web app and mobile app interface designs, for any B2B and B2C SaaS. Due to this, we have specific systems and processes in place that allow us to deliver more intuitive and beautiful designs faster than others.
You get transparent and on-demand communication - No fancy presentations and no disappearing down the rabbit hole for weeks to “surprise” you with some new designs. We have a strict communication policy specifically made to avoid miscommunication.
You get long-term support - We’re interested in the success of our clients and typically suggest a retainer with a minimum period of 3 months (the minimum is 1 month). Most of our clients work with us for 1 year on average.
What if I don't like your designs?
We haven’t had an unhappy customer, yet!
Our business model isn’t only about the design. It’s about understanding your wants and needs based on the info you provide us.
Once we have a full understanding of the brief and requirements we create the best design possible.
But, a big BUT - on the very rare occasion that you don’t like the design, don’t be afraid to say something. You’ll just need to ask to see another concept/change and we'll be more than happy to do so. That’s the beauty of subscriptions - unlimited revisions!
What programs do you design in?
We currently design almost everything in Figma. We also use Framer for website development and specific apps for interaction design.
Lastly, we use the Adobe Suite for graphic or branding work.
Which plan is right for me?
Depending on your needs and time constraints, here are some tips:
For anyone looking to start out slow with some parts of your interface, we recommend the Simple plan.
For anyone looking to redesign your app quickly and have pressing deadlines, the Steady plan will cater to your needs the best.
For anyone who has a big project, pressing deadlines, and needs to have lots of direct communication with us, the Enterprise plan will do the trick.
Also, we are more than happy to talk it through with you in more detail so please feel free to book a call and we can point you in the right direction.
Can we arrange weekly calls?
Yes:
Initially, we always want to have an intro call to see if we’re a good fit and discuss your needs and expectations.
Later, we continue our communication through Slack, Trello, Figma, and Loom screen recordings.
We try to work as effectively as possible and through years of work we noticed that calls or video meetings destroy the design flow and make us less productive, which is bad both for us and for you.
That said, if we hit a communication roadblock, we’re more than happy to hop on a quick call to clear things out.
Can I change, pause, or cancel my plan?
Yes! It’s much easier than regular contracts - we will send you a portal link to manage your subscription an invoices, and in there you can upgrade, downgrade, cancel or pause your subscription.

Are all of my designs custom? Who owns them?
All of the designs are yours, but some projects may leverage templated components, guides, or examples based on your guidance.
We always deliver customised designs from scratch or based on your templates or style guides.
What services do you not offer?
